The Story
One Fine Day began as our moral obligation as an agency of culture to get out of the city and enjoy beauty beyond the city landscape.
Developing a positive culture in creative agencies has been a hot topic for years. Digiday attributed industry disgruntlement partially to the lack of internal focus on cultural happiness and mental health and AgencyPost emphasized the importance of blowing off steam.
Team creativity is at the forefront of everything we do at The Charles, with the belief that a strong internal culture and life beyond office walls are what inspire our best work.
ONE FINE DAY 2019
Gurney’s Resort
Montauk
For our 5th annual One Fine Day team retreat, we went one step further. Move over, sunbaked boats of #OFD2018, this year’s retreat took us to the beautiful beaches of Montauk. With packed overnight bags, The Charles team relished in some quality time to bond with each other away from keyboards and screens surrounded by nature, good vibes and endless toasts. #OFD2019

Canopus Lake
On July 13th, The Charles team once again went out for our company retreat - One Fine Day 2018! We did headed upstate and found ourselves at the beautiful Canopus Lake, surrounded by glistening waters and greenery. This years OFD took us out of the chaos of the concrete jungle and gave us a day of idyllic peace and fun.

Baker Camp
On September 16th, The Charles team packed up a sprinter and headed out for our annual company retreat - One Fine Day. This year we returned to the beautiful quarters of Baker Camp on Seven Lakes in upstate New York. With boats and bonding on the horizon, One Fine Day 2016 provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of agency life.

On October 8th, The Charles team took our annual company retreat - One Fine Day, to the beautiful quarters of Baker Camp on Seven Lakes in upstate New York. With the launch of several new projects, One Fine Day 2015 provided us with a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of agency life.
